Came for a drop in. Well equipped box, really friendly and professional coach who made sure I understood everything (I’m still learning French..), and super nice and welcoming people and community. Really enjoyed it. Thank you for having me!

This place was an extraordinary discovery for me who had not practiced any physical or sporting activity. A professional, caring, professional coach, adapting to everyone. A very good atmosphere bringing everyone to the best of themselves. Really recommended for rehabilitation, post-treatments against cancer etc... Really recommended

I made several drop ins in this box. Always very well received. WODs are interesting and challenging. The coaches are attentive and give good advice. I recommend.

A top Box! Personalized coaching, expert coaches who help you progress!!! In 3 months, I managed to do bar muscle ups even though I didn't even know how to do a pull-up!!! I recommend ++++

I discovered crossfit thanks to Crossfit Brest. 1 1/2 years ago. This sport has become a passion that we share as a couple. We discovered a real family, an opportunity to play sports with schedules that allow you to reconcile professional and private life (open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.). To finish I would say that Pierre Yves, Anne Soizic and their coaches immediately put you at ease and whatever the level, everyone has their place at Crossfit Brest.
